With a background in journalism, I have a portfolio of skills as a writer, copywriter and editor but have also got high level expertise in social media, digital marketing strategy and video.

My clients are equally varied and have included Greater Anglia ,Essex County Council, Ipswich and Colchester Borough Councils, Ipswich Hospital Trust, The Theatre Royal in Bury St Edmunds and the Eastern Enterprise Hub.
In the private sector I have worked with Ensors, Folk East and a wide range of small businesses and entrepreneurs . I also edit and write Essential Suffolk, a glossy executive magazine.
Over the last 18 months I have also worked on digital storytelling projects with Suffolk Community Foundation, including books – Stories of a Better Suffolk and More Stories of a Better Suffolk.
Plus I have been involved in the Shine a Light project working with Suffolk charities and leading training workshops in Social Media, Public Relations, Smartphone Video and Photography.
On the public relations side my instinct as a journalist helps me quickly identify the stories that will lead to positive exposure in print and broadcast media.
Previously I was an Archant editorial executive, Assistant Editor on the award-winning Evening Star in Ipswich and editor of Let’s Talk! a regional award-winning magazine for the 50+ market. I was also a specialist travel writer and editor.
